El Ranchito may be reserved by night for any time during the year.
$700USD/night from November 15-December 18 and January 3 to April 30
Special rate of $4500USD if booking a 7-night stay
The Villa is already reserved from December 18, 2010 to January 2, 2011.

$450USD/night from May 1 to November 15
The nightly rate includes breakfast every morning, taxes and maid service but does not include gratuities. Gratuities for maid service is recommended at 50 Pesos per person per day.
The maximum occupancy is 8 people with 2 people in each of the 4 bedrooms.
Rental Details:
A deposit of 50% of the total charge will guarantee your reservation. The balance is payable 15 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations:
10% on any reservation
50% for cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to arrival
75% for cancellations made within 15 days of arrival
